No, you shouldn't. In all likelihood, it didn't go anywhere--it probably got scanned as leaving the facility for Memphis, then somebody realized that that container never made it onto the plane or whatever, so it got re-scanned in China. I've seen all sorts of similar artifacts of the way their system works--packages spending 3 days on a truck for a 50 mile trip, then traveling 300 miles on a truck in a few minutes, for example.
