could the grey rings on the invite be a clue to the new home button?
That was my thought too. There are four grey rings on the invite that look just like what surrounds the home button in these pictures.
could the grey rings on the invite be a clue to the new home button?
It has, the first generation iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS did, for example.
Previous iPhone box packaging has never had an image of the phone on the box.
Looks like Apple uses the same 4 inch display.![]()
I'm going to go with fake. Usually Apple shows off one of the new wallpaper backgrounds. In this photo it just has a black background.
I considered the unequal distribution of elements on the iPhone 5 bottom as extremely ugly. This home button + halo effect is definitely killing the beauty of the (original) design.
Why don't people in these situations ever have a decent camera?!
Maybe. But things like a sapphire screen, IGZO technology or special features like GRAM to save battery wouldn't be apparent on the box.
It looks really credible, but I call fake. Wouldn't the color of the box be matched with the color of the phone? As is with the current packaging? Black box for black iPhones and white box for white iPhones? Why isn't the box colored black?
I think the new button(if legit)looks kinda nice.
I think removing the rounded square graphic from the button is an improvement. It didn't really seem to serve any purpose.

Yay blurrycam pictures!
