If you're going to buy from somewhere like Tigerdirect or Best Buy or Newegg, go for some cheapish $400 i3 one, such as the ones I posted a (long) time ago earlier in this thread.
Sigh. I will go look again...

Back once again. Can someone explain to me what this means? I think I understand a little bit about it.

What I got from it was "The software to restore your computer is on this laptop. You need to burn it onto a disc in order to use it further." Correct?

Similar to Lion's recovery partition. There is no longer a separate disc, it's a small partition in the HD. Usually it can be burned onto a DVD and that is recommended.
