With WellsFargo, you have to link your savings account or turn on some sort of overdraft protection. If you have money in your savings, it will transfer that over and you will incur a $10 fee. If you don't, and the transaction goes through, it will incur a $35 fee. Otherwise, the transaction will decline, depending on the amount.
