Quote Notifications Not Working Perfectly

This issue with notifications from posts that quote more than one poster is still happening in case anyone cares. What happens is if I quote Poster A and then B and then C, poster A gets three notifications and B & C get none.

I just saw this issue in my quote notifications. It's actually quite hilarious as I'm the one getting the multiple notifications
