Not sure if it's just me, but I've been quoted in two or three threads and they haven't appeared as quote notifications. Anyone else experiencing similar?

I've had a few quote notifications...just today in fact.

There is a delay, and sometimes if the post is read before the notification, it doesn't actually notify me, just add the post to the list.
