Since Sunday (that's two days ago as of this post), Radium (running 2.8.5) has refused to verify and let me access the SiriusXM stations. This has happened a few times in the past, but it's only been a few hours at worst. The SiriusXM internet subscription is still good when I'm on Safari, so it's active. I'm wondering a few things here though.

    1. Has SiriusXM closed up their spot for third party apps and/or have others experienced problems accessing SiriusXM stations on Radium or any other apps?

    2. Are there other apps out there that I can use (besides their official app) to access SiriusXM stations?

    3. Anything else I should do?

    Thank you.

I was having problems with Radium accessing Sirius yesterday, but I was also having some oddities just using a browser to access Sirius streaming. Today, Radium is working fine.

What version are you running? I can't run version 3 at the moment because of my software, and I don't want to upgrade due to my current hard drive situation.

    I'm using 3.1.3. Maybe that's your problem.

Tried also on the Radium iOS app, and it's a no go. I wonder if it's a problem with my account and I'll have to go to SXM themselves. But it's still working via browser...should I try the official app and see what happens?

Update, I realized that my Wi-Fi has been sporadic at best before going down entirely. Could this affect connecting issues? However, using tethering doesn't fix the issue either.

Radium 3.1.3 Current Version. Release Update August 23 2015.
    Subscription is an original Lifetime.

I also can't run Sirius, began 11/12/17. Lost all saved Sirius Stations.
Find More Stations, still lists SiriusXM Radio, clicking on it reveals No stations found,
Request a station, or try a different search or suggestion below, links to Mail,
    support@catpigstudios.com.
I have sent an email, and invited support to this thread, will post if I get a reply.

    High Sierra 10.13.1
Radium froze the name of commercial content up on the menu bar displaying with Sirius commercials breaks, had to quit & restart.

Browsers for Sirius on Mac. If your running ad blockers.
Will say Technical Difficulties on Chrome. Will show nothing on Mozilla.
Disable to run and your able to operate.

Best & only Sirius App for Mac.

I’ve tested it just now on my home computer after listening all day at work. It’s still working here at home. Both the work and home computers are on 10.13.1.
I did realize that the Sirius username seems to be case sensitive. Maybe signing out and back in would restore operation for you.
The app does seem to have problems with showing track names in the menu bar.

Looks like your issues started the same day mines did. I wonder if it's something that's in the coding for all versions of Radium and/or a SXM issue that's affecting multiple accounts. Restarting and reinstalling doesn't work either. I sent the developers an email two days ago, no response yet.

The browsers still play SXM content for me, so the ad blocking shouldn't be an issue.

You think I should sign out on Radium or on the SXM browser or both? How do I sign out on Radium? And the iOS app doesn't work either.

Just in Radium. Try re-entering your credentials. I just checked Radium on the iPhone although I normally use the Sirius app there, and Radium works fine for me there too.

Hmm, that's strange. I'll see whenever the WiFi returns, since it could be linked to that (but I doubt it).

Update: Tried deleting it and logging back in, still nothing on the desktop. However, it's finally showing up on the iOS Radium app. Maybe it's an extended glitch on SXM's end...

And it stopped showing up on the iOS app. Using WiFi doesn't help either. This might be a SXM problem, since even the browser is having issues right now...but we'll see.

And now today Sirius streaming in Radium has stopped working for me. I'm signed in, but no channels are available. Streaming via browser works without issue.

It's SiriusXM. My HEOS account has been unable to stream SiriusXM since ~ 11-16-2017. Denon confirms there is a problem on the SiriusXM server side.

Seems like this is a SiriusXM server issue, since other stations not on their network show up okay. I'm using the browser in the meantime, which seems to have the advantage of being able to rewind certain shows (at least on the talk radio stations, haven't tried the music stations yet). I hope there's a resolution to this soon in the form of restoration or shutdown of Radium access.

SiriusXM has been working off and on for me through the Radium app 3.1.3 on a mac running 10.10.5 for the last few days. It does however seem to work listening online with safari. Hope they work out what ever the glitch is and get it up and running soon.

    Two weeks and no results.
I called Sirius, to make sure the Radium SiriusXM Radio No stations found, has been properly reported.
Call center is Philippines, your asked for your Account #,or Account Phone #, or Account email.
Your asked if you uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in. Ask for a Case #. Tell them their is a thread in macrumors.
I was told I will be contacted in 24 hours be Engineering in San Diego, by either phone or email.
I will report here if contacted.

Everybody please call SiriusXM. The more documentation we send is important.

I've tried contacting catpig via email and twiiter, still haven't heard back. It's a bummer, I use the app daily. Up until now at least.

Ask for a Supervisor! You need one!
Please call, we need everybody to properly document. To move forward.
Each person needs to call. Each person gets a different Escalation Ticket Reference #.

Radium 3.1.3 App Store Updated August 23 2015
    macOS High Sierra 10.13.1
    Title: No stations found
Problem first appeared approximately Sunday November 12 2017.
    Says SiriusXM Radio in Radium.
Say you already have uninstalled & re-installed.
Settings/Services/ says Connected. Account Name & Password, Enable this account.

    I called a 2nd time.
Told my Case # was not escalated. They new nothing!
    I demanded a Supervisor.

Her name was Jane, Supervisor, Philippines Call Center. I fought her over a half hour because of the language barrier.
Corrected her numerous time I do not have a PC, then explained numerous times Mac is not a PC.
I believe 3rd world countries do not know what a Apple device is, so you have to overcome this barrier explaining,
    PC is not OS.
She said please open a Browser. I said Jane you do not understand this has nothing to do with a Browser.
Finally got her to understand & cooperate.

Jane said we have to start all over again and create a brand new ticket # to escalate, as it was never escalated.
The 1st call was useless. The 2nd call to Level 1, also useless.
The 24 hour promise was incorrect. Should be 3 to 5 business day response.

I got Jane to admit I needed to teach her.
So re-explained how the App Store works & benefits using bypassing a Browser.
Then tried explaining tracking cookies in browser extensions add-ons, having to be disabled, and how analytics track users. How Sirius changed, a couple months ago, where cookies have to be disabled.
Helped Jane type & made sure she typed everything in exactly in detail the way it properly need to be documented,
had her read back what she typed, so it was perfect.
    Had her type this thread.
    https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/radium-not-signing-into-siriusxm.2088379/
Jane told me i taught her a lot of things.

Jane told me Engineering is also the Product Team. She said the San Diego location given earlier by Level 1 is unconfirmed unknown. Call Center locations are also unconfirmed beyond her data knowledge.

Now I was given a different (new) Escalation Ticket Reference #.
Told I will be emailed a response in 48 business hours.

    Please call.

It's a shame, they have a great app that I've used for years, and right now, they (cat pig) seem unaware and/or apathetic to an issue that's lasted nearly a month now.

To be honest, I think this is all SXM's doing, since their web brewer player is also having hiccups as of late.

My understanding is that SiriusXM never offered an API for third party applications to play the web stream, so it's entirely dependent on the app's developer to reverse engineer the functionality. Clearly we should be considering Radium to be a dead product at this point.

So the question is how many complaints to SiriusXM, will it take, for them to make an app for the App Store.
The Microsoft Store on Windows has a SiriusXM App.

I've spent a thousand dollars on Stilettos's, Executive Docks, Power Outlets & Batteries, then get a letter from SiriusXM, saying they would no longer be sending internet audio to their SiriusXM devices.

Yesterday my Safari browser went out streaming Sirius.
Switched to Chrome Incognito. Safari back up today running SiriusXM.

Will be calling SiriusXM soon, in response to my new Escalation Ticket Reference #.

Called SirisXM today, Supervisor. Said its being looked at. Then need 10 more days.
Concerning SiriusXM in the App Store, No. What CatPig did is borderline.

Please call in, 855-260-5969 SiriusXM, you need a Supervisor.
