LOL. First off, I am fully dressed, and do not use a bathrobe, or eat Cheetos.
Living in UpState, NY removes the Sunshine recommendation.

But I'll cut you some slack. My brother lives in Pasadena so I know what it's like to become a Californian, and $800,000 dollar a year City Supervisors. Say goodbye to Jerry Brown. : )

As far as personal aggressors, it's only a mild trigger. Heck, it's always easy to do anonymously anyway. : ) :apple:

He he he...I'm no Californian...I grew up in the Bronx. :D

That should explain plenty about my OWN aggression triggers. LOL

Its hilarious how everyone here is so mad and in denial
The iphone is a defective product and a lot of people are returning this defective phone because there is still no fix
Truth hurts huh guys?

I am perfectly happy with my iPhone 4. So no, the "truth" doesn't hurt me at all.

Man you guys are brutal

I was at my local Best Buy last night and I asked how many came back the girl said as far as she knew not many but then they have not sold many she said their store gets between 10-20 per week and a 50/50 mix of 16 & 32 gb models.

I assume more will be going back in the up coming weeks as ppl hit that magical 30 day number.

Too bad that less than 1.7% are returning it.
Do you really believe there would be a three week wait if all these iPhone's where being returned?
Apple can't make enough - and they don't have enough to sell to everyone that wants one.
Sorry to burst your Apple-hate bubble, buddy.

I decided to get an iPad 3G instead of upgrading from an iPhone 3Gs to 4. Spousal unit limited me to one or the other. Since I already had an iPhone, I thought it would be fun to try out the iPad. Glad that I did as it's fun to use. :)

Anyhow, when I contacted my local shop to cancel this week, they had 40 folks on the waiting list. About a month ago, when I signed up, I was number 37. So this indicates to me that demand is still strong for the iPhone 4 at this location. These figures are for a black 32GB model. They also have a waiting list for 16GB which I believe is similar in number.

From a buddy who visited the shop recently, I've heard that they have not had any returns. I have not verified this myself. But I don't expect to see many returns, if any.

YMMV.

Apple is prohibited from selling returned iPhones as new.

Went to the Apple store at the Irvine Spectrum to buy a MacMini. There was a HUGE line out the door for folks returning their iPhones for full refunds. It took them 45 minutes to get me a box from the back room due to the hassle.

I checked with several people in the line, they were definitely in line for refunds.

Anyone else see this?

Really? Do you expect anyone to believe this? Post the receipt for the mini and maybe, just maybe we will believe you even went to the store.

I like that:D
:D

Always best to keep the spousal unit happy. :)

I will probably upgrade to an iPhone 5 (or whatever they are called) next year and then leap frog iPad/iPhone upgrades each year. That way it will match the contract dates.

I'm trying to convince mine to ditch the last PC in the house for another Mac. I gave her my old 3GS and think she has tasted the "kool-aid".;)
Cool. :)

Yeah you're right.

Holy crap, there is some kind of black magic going on in my iP4!

It's making and receiving calls without dropping a call...how can this be?

After all All iP4 are defective and are unable to be used as phones!

I've had iP4 for a month now, with no case, and only dropped one call.

Seems like a lot of people here jump on the bandwagon and don't really use their own opinions. I honestly don't see why anyone would bother to fabricate a story like this. But whatever, I'm one who is easy to trust. I think he's telling the truth. That's just me.

And like others have said, I wouldn't be surprised to find the reason to be the 30 day return period was up.

Once again- just me.

To all you that doubt, there was a pretty long line that day at the front of the store, and a queue was set up outside, I was there earlier that same day. But maybe not for returns, they seemed to be holding a variety of iPhones, my guess is it was the line for Genius Bar phone support. But I am not familiar with the Genius Bar location for phones at that store.

Sounds completely bogus and perhaps worthy of a ban... just because it is stupid.

Why can't they make it so people with less than 50 posts can't make new threads?

I know you are all calling troll, but I walked by the South Coast Plaza Apple Store yesterday ( About 10 - 15 minutes away from the Irvine Spectrum ) and the line was ridiculously long there as well. I didn't care to ask way, but I do know that not three days ago I walked into another Apple Store ( Brea Mall ) a played with an iPhone 4 with no problem.

Welcome to the forum. Glad you joined just to tell us this story "eye witness" style.

Unfortunately, this phenomenon must be limited to your neck of the woods as NYC Apple stores have no such lines.
