1GB would be sad.........wouldn't return it but wouldn't be a happy camper either.

Even though you would never know the difference without looking at a spec sheet.

I think Apple has earned enough clout as a company to allow customers to be confident that they will develop products that "just work". If it has 1gb of RAM, I am sure performance will be fine.

If it only has 1GB of RAM.
If it gets too hot.
If the screen doesn't display the whole gamut.
If the blacks are uneven when I stare at a black screen. In the dark.
If there is screen light leakage.
If calls drop when I hold it wrong.
If I can't fit it into my shirt pocket.
If the Apple Genius is not nice to me.
If it weighs 1 gram less than spec.
If people laugh at me when I bring it to my ear for a phone call.
If I get anything less than advertised battery time.
If it aggravates my old back war injury.
If the UI lags even one tiny bit.
If I can see pixels on the screen.
If it has dust specs under the screen.
If it attracts too many fingerprints.

Did I miss anything?

It's funny, everyone that I know that has a Samsung s5 or a note 3 or a m8 or g3 doesn't complain at all about the size. But apple adds an 1.5 inches and everyone loses their mind. I guess people here are a bunch of "girly men" that are afraid the phone won't fit into their leggings.

Sadly the 6+ is bigger than the Android phablets though.

Yeah, loose volume and sleep/wake/power buttons. My first five i5 handsets had this issue and sadly so did the sixth that I kept :-(
I swear I'll never accept another phone with loose buttons! It makes the phone feel cheap and is especially frustrating when they aren't supposed to do this.

I just realized there is no voice and data simultaneously so I have to see if that really is an issue for me in real use. The only time that would be a deal breaker is if I'm using gps and a call comes in will the gps stop? That's the only real reason I might return it.

Really? Its not even a whole inch bigger. I know us men have a skewed vision of what an inch really is, but c'mon.

Bigger is bigger. Most iPhone owners slated the Android phablets....then Apple bring one out which has a smaller screen, and yet has a bigger footprint. Now all the Apple fans are saying it's not big at all. Doh.
Don't get me wrong, I was one of those calling for a bigger screen but I had hoped that Apple would hit the trail of sleek bezels and minimal casing size. Sadly they haven't and the 6+ is the biggest phone out there (but doesn't have the biggest screen). Oh, and it has a protruding camera just to rub salt in the wounds!

I'll probably still get it if 2GB RAM is confirmed, but I'm not at all impressed with the aesthetics.

So fun seeing all of your passive aggressive posts on every single thread on this forum. Definitely not getting old. Keep up the good work.

Since I've not been able to se or hold the actual phone, I do worry about the size. I don't need the larger size, but do like the features the 6+ has over the 6. If it's too big, I might return it and get the 6. Time will tell.

When selling a high dollar item like an iPhone you CAN protect yourself. Take an un-edited video of the working phone including s# and all info. NEVER taking the camera off the phone show it being boxed and placed into the shipping bin (self serve bin at post). I tell the buyer that I'm making the video for both of our protection. With such a video it's impossible to say I ripped them off so there would be no way for me to lose a dispute. I've had people try and I've always been successful. I used to not tell people that I made the video until/if they put in a dispute..... That just made it harder on me having to prove they were lying so now I tell them so they don't even try.

But when you sell a new phone, it's usually still saran wrapped in the box, but I agree...you can do quite a bit, but I have no faith in Paypal a) giving a **** or b) actually siding with the seller unless the buyer has done this before.

I get it, I want sellers to get ripped off as much as I do consumers (which is not at all)...but selling high dollar goods on eBay now that their policy is so tilted towards buyer safety is a gamble I simply wouldn't be willing to take.

If it gets hot
If the lower contrast ratio on the 6+ vs the 6 is noticeable to me
If there is no real life gain with OIS
If it's slower

When I start getting irritated 24/7 because I can't hold the phone and my keys at the same time, can't sit down with it in my pockets, realize I need a new winter coat with pockets to hold the phone and my hands without it falling out, etc.

As mentioned earlier, Pay Pal only cares about the buyer. Sad, since it's the seller that is the actual person keeping Pay Pal in business.

No.... I'm an adult that actually thinks about purchases so there isn't a regret. It would of been simple to find out if the 6+ is too big... go into a store and pick up any number of 5"+ screened phones.... there was no need to buy one to decide if you liked it.

See below to learn how to protect yourself.

Even that can be disputed. What if you had a friend at the post office? What if you somehow used fancy video editing?

PayPal WANTS to side with the buyer. It's just a matter of time.

The best way of proving reciept I've heard is to iCloud lock the phone. Don't tell the buyer. They will get the phone, contact you right away about it being locked, and voila, you have proof of reciept.

Then, provided they are ok buyers, you can unlock the phone after they give you positive feedback. Or before if you aren't comfortable with that extortion (I would be, but I don't sell on eBay any longer).

It's almost safe, especially coupled with a video, but even then I wouldn't put it past PayPal. They just don't care about sellers. It's the truth.
