Wait 6 months for a iPhone 6, that seems compelling enough for me![]()
September / October is 9 / 10 months.
Wait 6 months for a iPhone 6, that seems compelling enough for me![]()
Yes, so useful that they got rid of it in the next model ....

The battery life is actually better than a 5s, ignore the initial reviews as they are based on out the box spec. It takes a while for the batteries and apps to optimise, plus there's a small part where people are turning wifi off with the toggle, but it continuously searches still, this eats the battery however going into the wifi settings and turning off this search irradiates that issue. Nexus 5 has a 2300 mah battery, and a low memory iOS in kitkat. Go on the various android forums, and I'm sure they'll confirm this.![]()
So you're saying using control center to toggle Wi Fi on/off still consumes battery compared to opening the settings app and toggling on/off?
What's your point?
Windows 8 doesn't have a start menu but look how many people want that.
There could be any number of reasons why it wasn't in the next model.
Windows 8 ? Very bad example of a successful product ....
The reason why next motorola phones hadn't a fingerprint scanner is that it wasn't a success, while everyone is screaming to have TouchId on every next Apple iDevice.
He was talking about a bug in the Nexus 5 that caused battery drain. Nothing to do with the iPhone or control center.

Where's your source that they didn't include the fingerprint scanner in subsequent Motorola phones because it wasn't a success?
Common sense .... Nobody is going to cancel something is working well.
But it's useless to discuss, because you are going to deny it nevertheless ....
The "famous" Motorola Atrix, best seller revolutionary phone of which we are going to speak to our grandchildren![]()
Again, the start menu worked well.. and look what happened to it.
I'm not saying the Atrix is a fantastic phone, just that some reviews said the fingerprint sensor worked well. You seem to be trying to shoot that down because you want the iPhone to be first.
I have no emotion in this argument, I'm just working on facts.
Start menu worked well in your opinion. For me windows always been a crap designed os ....
iPhone was not the first to introduce fingerprint scanner. Was just the first to made it relay useful ....
Windows is by far the most popular OS in the world and has always had a start menu, so it's fair to say most people had no problem with it.
Most popular doesn't mean it was well designed.
Windows popularity was because it was easily cracked and it runs on very cheap computers.
