How do you know it was headed to NC? That is what I am waiting for...to come to NC. Mine was in NJ but I do not know where it is/headed now.
That's what im in at 11:55 but it still says the 18th. hope i get a straight shot out of HK to the mainland.
Finally got mine delivered to SoCal. Can't wait to go home after work and sync it.

This is exactly what I ordered, and the exact time im amazed I found one. However mines in transit already somewhere in hong kong. fedex says its going to get to texas on the 18th @ 4:30. They are shipping them as fast as they are making them. They're backed up for 2 months.
Mine is in the same time frame and wondering if I should call them? But isn't 5-7 business day means 5 day stars tomorrow and Monday be the 7th day?
This and other tracking info is showing about 3 full days from origin location to home delivery. That's kind of impressive, no? Mine began its trip this morning...maybe I'll see it Friday?
Yea minesn been in Newark with yours and is still there.. Considering I live half hour away in the same county if it doesn't get here my tomorrow(their estimated delivery date) its sad..

Glad to hear others are getting theirs. It kind of just arrived. No update at all until after I signed for it. So if yours is on the way with no update, it may well be closer than you think.
Bad thing is that I had a refub macbook air in the shopping cart because i was messing around with it while I waited to order last thursday evening and left it in there and when I checked out, I didn't look carefully and it went through too!

Nope, no updates on the tracking.
It is weird your says Friday and the rest of ours say Tuesday...
I hope we get an update on tracking soon!

On the official FedEx page you can have them send emails whenever your tracking info is updated. Click the tab "Notifications" and then fill out the form below. Enter you email in the "from" box and directly under it in the "To" box, and then check exceptions, delivery and detailed results and then anytime your package moves you'll get an email!! I just entered my info so I will be notified of it since I'll be out of the house for most of the evening.
Well, I meant ultimately that's where the destination is! I have no idea where it is right now!

In your case he was right. For some, who spent 30 hours in frigid Alaska, we still have not seen them yet! Don't know how he can be so sure of this stuff...is he flying the planes???!!!!
I'm with you guys in Lantau Island (Also an estimated delivery of 3/22/11) since 11:55 PM (local time, of course). I ordered a 64 GB Verizon Black iPad. I really want it by Friday or Saturday (if they will deliver on Sat.).
My Smartcase and Camera Connection kit are both coming on Friday according to Fedex.

Don't depend entirely on it though - I used to use that but 75% of the time (i get a lot of packages) it would notify me several hours after the package was left.
Most likely when the truck got back to the warehouse and updates his log. So, it won;t update as soon as he drops it off, despite what most people think.
