to much obsession

I think that it is a waste of time to even call them because they can't do anything about this. I'm not saying this because mine shipped. They had nothing to do with mine shipping.

It just amazes me that so many people are obsessed with getting their hands on this device. Continually calling a CSR doesnt accomplish anything except aggravating a CSR, no wonder they will tell us anything to clear the line and move on to the next complaint! If my math is right the earliest orders should arrive within the guarenteed dates.

so heres what I am hoping for. There is a flight that left from Taiwan an is headed to anchorage that should be there today at 2:15 Alaska time. If our ipads got on it then it is possible that you will get yours tomorrow. Mine says that it isnt estimated until the 22nd though, so lets hope yours is the right one.

My ipad is following the same exact pattern as the one listed. All our little guys are on the same plane

Mine says the 22nd too. I am just hoping for a Friday Delivery... Like I said before I live in Northern Maine, so unless the plane from Alaska goes to Mass NH, or another state REALLY close to Maine there is no way...

totally missed that. my Ipad is hanging with yours at this point. I dont know if it will go to indianapolis though. I am in cali, maybe theres a flight from there to cali. hope mine clears customs quick enough to get the plane to oakland

Im glad im not the only impatient one here. 'Cause man, I feel like I have no life lol. My biggest concern is a neighbor signing for it because Im not in town and then not giving it to me, or acting like they never got it . How can I protect myself from this when the damn shipment type is "indirect signature required"??

Yes, flipped to "prepared" yesterday evening, shipped this morning. It's a 64 gig but shouldn't make a difference.

I believe the FedEx status will say delivered and signed for and who signed for it.

I'm hoping so too. I won't be at work at the time it arrives either, so I'll have to rely on Yahoo tracking instead. Hopefully there will be some sort of update to at least tell if it's reached the US!
