It's two weeks today and my status is still not yet shipped.
Two and a half weeks for me mate! Sucks!![]()
Where are you? I'm in New York so I don't know location has anything to do with it. But if people order them today, we will all prob get it together. I need, I want better service than that.
I'm from the UK mate. Does seem stupid! I commented on another thread some guy ordered his early this morning and has a delivery date the same as mine! To be honest this will be the last time I order from Apple directly.
If it does arrive today, I will be very pleasantly surprised, but I don't know if I should hold my breath. It left Mississauga, Ontario t 3:30 this morning. I'm in Montreal. Technically, it's possible, but when it gets to Montreal, doesn't it have to go to a central place to be loaded onto local trucks? If so, I can't see how today's delivery is possible.

Yeah, this is a little ridiculous. I understand that Apple needs to supply its stores with product, but when you have the customers that ordered directly from you waiting over a month to get the same product that other people drove to the store and waited a couple hours for...I think your strategy needs to be re-worked.
I ordered mine over 2 weeks ago. My girlfriend went the the store the other day, waited 2 hours and got the exact same model that I have been waiting for.
BULL!

Sounds like people are getting these a day early, but my estimated date still says Monday by 10:30 AM
EDIT: Also checked the time in Chengdu, China, and it's the middle of Thursday night there right now. I doubt my iPad is going to make it from there to Chicago by tomorrow morning.
Maybe UPS will surprise me tomorrow morning, but I doubt it.
Mine is slightly ahead of yours....

Anyone get this on their UPS shipment log:
