When u meet with the apple folks...just play dumb..dont mention dfu mode...just say itunes wont let u restore. Let them deal w it. Gl.

I have an issue with part of my screen not recognizing touch. No apple stores here. But iPhone 6 doesn't have a return set up yet so they have to send me a box instead of me just taking it to a ups store and dropping it off. I'm not very happy about it. I even offered to ship it myself and they didn't know an address to ship it to.

As it seems to be a Hardware problem you would open the phone, and as you may have all the components (maybe you work for Foxconn), you will spend the whole night trying to identify where is the problem and change the faulty component. No doubt

In my case, an after having the phone only for 3 days, I prefer Apple to give me a new one.

Lol it's not a hardware issue. You just don't know how to properly use DFU mode and other troubleshooting steps to fix it. It ain't gonna restore in recovery mode. Try multiple pc's...

But why do I care, it's your phone.
