Ah, I meant iPad 4 vs rMini. For now I'm going based off Air vs 4 as it seems the rMini has basically the same innards.

The iPad rMini does have the same specs as the Air. It's just smaller and lighter.

It does but the colour gumut is not as good as the airs plus the air is proven to run faster with higher clocked speeds. Go with the Air and you won't be disappointed
