Refurbed iPhones in right now

I ordered about an hour before you.... Still hasn't shipped and no email confirmation. was supposed to go out yesterday or today.... Anyone know where the refurbs come from?

Still nothing yet today as of 1130am EST. Usually anything Ive ordered from Apple either is shipped same day or says "sent to shipping" meaning the order has processed and will ship that day. I paid for 2 day shipping and says delivery 21-22. Better be here.

True, and those same people start pissed off at Apple threads complaining that their screens cracked after having the phone for 2 weeks with no recourse other than shelling out $$$ to replace their screens

Amex replaces items that you've damanged? Like, not unit that failed, but one you actually damaged??

If someone's screen cracks after 2 weeks I say they should have taken better care of it.

Accidents do happen even to the most careful people.

Yes, within 90 days of purchase, although it can't be deliberate damage. You can't say you took a hammer and beat the hell out of it, but you can say you dropped it.

I was looking for a refurbished iPhone for months on the site. I took the plunge last Friday after my Sony Ericsson went crazy on me. The box and all are cool, but I want a product that will work or the option to be able to take it back when it doesn't.

I bought a refurbished PowerBook G4 for my wife a couple of years ago and it was like new.
