It’s either the Apple TV+ credit that is being handed out, or something like the 12 days of Christmas.
I would buy a pair or two! WiFi enabled perhaps...maybe 5G?
My brother's mate knows this guy who delivers stuff to Apple or companies near there. Apparently the Christmas surprise is the car.
I agree with others' speculation - maybe Airpod Studio with the winter theme being that they keep your ears warm like ear muffs. I certainly hope it's that because going with the winter theme my second guess is that they announce that there are overheating issues with the A14 causing some iPhone 12 models to get overly hot 😀
I think it's very likely we may be talking AirTags. Any news from Chinese supply chain sources about AirTags production?
Depends if surprise is going to be something given for free, or a new product/service launched.
I just ordered a refurb Apple TV 4K - current third generation struggling.
It better not be the new model now which had rumours being pushed to March or later 2021!
Although with Apple Fitness still to launch, it would make the perfect time to roll out a new Apple TV along with it.

Dear Apple Santa: I want a new quilted waterproof cover/case for iPhone with integrated AirTag features.
First thing that came to my mind. What other product is “good for winter”? Apple TV or Apple TV related.
I think it will be an Apple Tv refresh, rolling in with a new slew of fitness content. Apple TV is way over cycle, last refreshed 2017. With M1, it's a straight up game console too!
Is the Winter surprise a new product without any major design fails?
