Reliable way to unlock Tmobile 5S

It's clean.
I checked the eimei as well as talked to apple.
Someone probably got it on full discount and then immediately sold it to get more cash.
I don't care how it worked but I'm sure both apple and tmobile would have told me it was stolen by now as well as Att when I went to trade it in

Nonetheless, I may just gazelle it and spend the extra $100 to get her a 5s on Att with partial.
It will be cheaper that way . Just need to wait a week or two until they pay me

I'm not trying to create service with a bad quality carrier just to use the phone. I want to unlock to use on my network or sell and get the art equivelant
I do t trust tmobile to reqlly unlock it.
They already gave me 4 diff stories as well as went back on their promise of crediting etf's in the past.
I refuse to do business with them as well as sprint

Also T-Mobile is one of the best carriers on the market...

Just checking in to say that even if the IMEI checks out clean right now there is absolutely no guarantee that the original owner (the person with the T-Mo account to which this device is tied) will not later report the phone as lost/stolen.

At that point, the IMEI will go bad, and you will be up a creek.

This is from personal experience where a second-hand phone worked fine for months, but was then suddenly locked out of any network because the original owner decided to list it as lost/stolen. Long story short, I eventually had to just sell it for parts and take the hit myself.

My advice would be to sell the thing while it's still functional as-is, and buy a new one from the carrier, or unlocked from Apple.
