How to fix the "now my computer won't recognize my iPhone" issue

Ok restarted both the computer and iphone. Still isnt recognizing. I dont know Why?!!?!? The iphone and the PC have to be on Wireless correct? Also, the computer will recognize the iphone on itunes when i open the remote app right? Im not seeing anything on the devices list on my itunes on my pc

and BTW, I will be getting my first macbook next week, so I am pumped. No more Gates for me!

Just go to start control panel,hardware and sound, view hardware and devices, universal serial bus controlers, then the apple one

remote trouble

When i select my iphone in the devices in itunes, it does not show the remote option. I am connected to the same wifi, i am logged into the same apple account, got no clue on this one and any help would be appreciated folks.
