Remove authorization requirement?

My wife has some music in iTunes that I got there via Senuti a couple years ago. Now she does not remember her iTunes Store account's password, and it will not let her play the songs. Also, it won't send the password request email to her email, nor will it recognize her birthdate as correct.

What the heck can we do?

Has she tried to look up her password in Keychain Access?
