Removing hard drive from one 9600 and putting it in another?

I still need to copy all my art files. I need a Zip that works to do this. I have other Zip devices in a spare Mac and I could change it if it's easy to do?

This Mac does have a "Floppy" slot that works. I would need a bunch of Floppies, but I would rather have the Zip working.

You would need a working SCSI Zip drive most likely, internal or external, whatever works best for you. Take a note of the SCSI ID of your internal unit and just apply that to the replacement drive. External drives are on a different bus and the ID may be different - usually 5 or 6. Make sure your external drive is terminated.
