Replace new MacBook Air high res screen with a lower res one?

macbook air high res screen LOOKING FOR ONE

Hey i have a 13inch macbook pro and I am looking to buy a macbook air high-resolution screen to put in my mbp. I need the extra pixels desperately for the amount of time I spend developing on this.

So if anyone wants to sell one or try to see if we can swap I would like to discuss it further.

i think the air high res could still fit in a mbp housing for sure.

i just cant find the teardown to see the connection.

Apple really is behind on resolution independence. That is the right answer. You should be able to pick a DPI setting based on our vision and go.

While I feel fortunate to have 20/20 vision. I believe those that don't should have better choices. Apple could easily address it, but they're too busy "being cool".
