First things first, I like the new changes to the forums. Thanks for taking the time to implement them.
But, curious, when replying to posts, with the new format, one cannot post/enter their reply ABOVE the quoted box. Is this by design?

Like reading emails, I tend to read the newer items from the top to bottom. Hence, this post...

I suppose so. But if you really want to, you can switch to bbcode and type above it.
