If possible, here's a thread where those of us who were landed with "Reservations" to order due to carrier system issues this morning can update each other on the status of our orders.

Ordered 3:10 AM EST. Got an email around 6 AM this morning that I can now go ahead and complete my order. Stuck on the dreaded "The page you're looking for can't be found" page after I go through all the confirmation steps.

Misery loves company, after all. :p

Same problem for me. How to move forward???!!!
 
Everyone is having this problem. No idea when it will be fixed. My carrier stopped sending me PINs to get through the steps as well. What a mess!

Same problem here, been trying all morning since I woke up at 5:30am PT. I even tried contacting apple sales and their phone system wouldn't take my call because of 'high call volume'.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed now.

Does anyone know if we do manage to place the order before 4pm on 9/10 are we still guaranteed 9/16 delivery?

Good news: I was able to get past this error message by removing the /US from the URL. So anyone having this problem - worth a try.

Bad news: Now I'm getting the error message below. When I click "Select a location," every single store says "Unavailable." Unable to checkout at all now. I have extraordinarily low expectations of fixing this. Looks Like I may be giving Apple a call later today, if I can even get through.

If this isn't sorted out soon, and if my delivery date is November like some others, I'm just keeping my SE and skipping the 7 altogether. Apple is getting so bad at product launches it is ridiculous.

Thank you!!!!!! This actually worked for me. Given all the in store pick up options are unavailable now I did the shipping option. Fingers crossed! I did just get an email that my order was processing and it showed delivers by 9/16.
 
i am having The same issue....they are not answering calls due to the high volume indeed. Do you think a visit to the Appale store would help??? I don't want to lose my reservation and delivery date...

After removing it, I was taken to a login screen and once entering my apple id and password it took me to the pickup/delivery option screen. There were no devices left for pickup, but I got my 7+ 128 GB Rose Gold for delivery on 9/16.

I went through the Apple iPhone Upgrade Program (new user) and didn't have any issues with payment and keeping that delivery date.

Having the same issue. Removing US from the URL works, although when I get to checkout, I'm unable to get it delivered (ordering on two-year contract, but it insists I might need to pay a deposit), and there's no possibility for pick up.

worked for me as well...but now my delivery date is Oct 14-21 LMAO....oh well.

Yeah that may be a thing I guess if you are doing a 2 year contract. I did the Apple IUP so there was no deposit. Payment process mirrored what I did the night before for my now cancelled 9/27-9/29 shipped iPhone.

I don't see US in nthe URL...how did you remove it? This is getting ridiculous..! :(

the page where you received the error, remove the /US, it's near the beginning of the url

worked for me !

so essentially this is a web issue that may not be fixed (or identified) by developers for another day or two?

People can't even get anyone on the phone to let them know.

After spending an hour plus on hold with Apple team who acknowledged the issue but no idea how to resolve I find the answer here.....Thank you as it worked. Just one question ....How the heck would anyone know that ?

I keep getting an error after entering my one time code. I've tried so many times, I even had to wait an hour due to too many requests and it's still not working.
