WHY??? This bugs the crap out of me. It always has my work info by default when paying with Apple Pay in all my apps - Apple Store, Groupon, Panera, etc. Everything is correctly set to my home info in Passbook & Apple Pay settings, so why does every app want to pull my office info?

Did you actually click on "home" and verified that it's the correct address? I have several addresses under home and checked the correct one for it to link to.

Correct,

I used Apple Pay and it had my work address as the billing address (shipping address was correct), called CS and they changed it with no problem. Once the product goes into Prepare to Ship thats when its to late to change info, anytime before that you're good.

I had the same problem. Lucky thing I noticed the incorrect billing address before they processed the order (which likely would have resulted in cancellation and moving WAY back in the queue).

I could not figure out how this happened until now. Your post prompted me to check Passbook settings on my iPhone, where I discovered a place to designate the billing address. It was set to my work address. Just fixed it and picked a billing address for all my other cards. I did not know about this setting.

Yep. I only have one address listed as home, and that home address is the only one that shows up in the settings. It's like when an app tries to use Apple Pay, it pulls the information from your contact card. And that still doesn't make sense to me, because my office address is the third address listed in my contact card. Wtf?

My guess is when you set up Apple Pay, it doesn't discriminate between the home/work/etc. prefix and randomly selected one of the addresses in your contact labeled as "Me," but called it "Home." I have my home (and only) address in "Me" contact without the unit number. It did select that as the "Home" address and I had to modify the address (from within Settings under Apple Pay and Passbook) to include the unit number.

RESOLVED: Charge Card changed AND KEPT MY APRIL 24-5/8 delivery date estimate for watch as well as the one for blue band thanks to wonderful telephone customer service Rep John. This a.m. My mistake rectified. Lesson learned. And hopefully all order status updates reflect this bubbly understanding. :D

Excellent. Glad it's all fixed, but then you can change the title of the thread to "Resolved: My Epic Fail, wrong Apple Pay Card used for purchase." :)

That aside, this was an educational thread for me too. I didn't realize where the default settings were.
