This has happened twice for me. The first time running iOS 8.1 on my iphone 6 by using the task manager to close my running apps. The second time was IOS 8.1.1 simply attempting to place a call. Does anyone think this respring can be caused by low memory? And yes I also had this issue with my iPhone 5 on iOS 7. Never had this happen before on any of my iPhone's.
