retina Macbook pro CAN NOT BE REPLACED for Image Retention ISSUE

I have IR again on my MBR .. much less than before... but still.... with the checkboard image I have IR for like 10 seconds (before it was 3_5 minutes)

Crazy - cannot understand why they didn't mount a samsung panel... And now?Again going to the genius?

It comes down to the Apple Dork you talk to, but you paid premium for that computer and you are entitled in a flawless unit despite the defect being hardware or whatever you can't and don't want to wait for Apple to issue a software update.
go to another Apple Store until you get what you paid for

After escalating the whole Apple Care Managers chain during a 1.5h phone call without any concrete results. I went back to the Apple Store here in Milano where a very gentle Technical Lead guy took personally care of my IR LCD issue. The Genius Bar replaced my LCD for the 2nd time, in just 45 minutes the computer was ready.

and.. now.. finally... my MBPr mount a SAMSUNG lcd and it's really perfect.
