Return after 2nd replacement?

    Does apple let you return your laptop if the 2nd replacement still came defected after the first replacement did also. I just don't want to deal with another replacement and wait another 2 weeks for a BTO.

    hang in there..It's a great laptop once you get one with out a problem you will likely love it.

    I understand Hrapz completely. The hassle and the waiting is killing, especially if you depend on the machine for work. Let me just ask, is it a MacBook Pro (late 2016) with Touch Bar? If so, please have a look at this poll for people with serious hardware problems.

    I think you should be able to return it. Just be polite and firm, Apple has a great reputation for customer service and its really frustrating if the replacement computer is defective, never mind a second replacement.
