Don't speak for me or anyone else. We get it - you love your iPhone 4 and it has no problems whatsoever and that you feel the need to post in every thread that says anything remotely negative. You have your work cut out for you I'm afraid. Rather than jump on everyone - you could just not read the thread? Probably save you a lot of time and energy

I went in looking for a replacement or for them to fix my phone, after they ran Diagnositcs, they said there was nothing they can do referred all my issues to my carrier, then said you can keep it and wait for a fix or return it, and when I complained about the restocking fee they said I can return with no restock fee.

You are lucky you didn't have to pay a restocking fee. ATT wouldn't budge and said I have to pay 10%. I plan to contest this with them.
 
Menlo Park Mall in Central New Jersey, however from now on I will only go to the Freehold Raceway Mall's Apple Store, they Menlo Pk Mall seems to change it's employees very often. Everytime I go to the Freehold Mall they have some of the same faces, but not in Menlo.

This is interesting because I've had the exact opposite experience myslf. I avoid the freehold store like the plague. I went to buy a mac mini they told me to order it online. Went to Menlo the next day and they got it to me early because I had mentioned that I had to be somewhere.

I will mention that my experience at the Bridgewater store was stellar.
 
Took me an hour to return mine Thursday. Thats only cause the store was packed and since I split the price 50/50 debit / credit things got very confusing.
