iPad Returned iPad Air to Best Buy. They banned me for life.

Used to love best buy until we bought a new desk top back in may was hit with a power surge their geek squad wanted to fix it for double the price we paid for it even though we bought all our electronics there they wouldn't do anything for us

Disregarding the actual reasons why, let's just say the items to be mentioned all worked fine , no defects at all.
2 months ago I thought I would take advantage of the MacBooks closing out prices. ( expecting new haswell Mbps to surface ) so I first bought a 13" MBA haswell ,non retina. 5 days later mind you I exchanged it for a 13" Mbps retina.( no haswell) 5 days later I Returned it for refund. Both machines needed to be wiped. A couple of weeks ago I bought the new Mbp retina / haswell equipped.
Excellent item. Loved it but like my wife said about the this and the other two macs, not in the budget. Bs , not in her budget but it was in mine . Because it was another attempt at getting her to keep it and give up her 2year old mac I did not care. It's to much machine for me. Love my iPads.
So, off I go for the 3 rd time in 70 days with a mac to bring bac.
Not a question, not a whimper,actually I have delt with only nice people in every respect. Apple however has the high brow, oddballs for the most part IMO. I have spoken to nice genius also.
So 3 machines , all unwrapped and used , all credit card refunds.
Then I show up Nov 1 for my 64g black ipair. Bought a griffin survivor case and an ivisisheild screen film and was on my way again , without any issue. I was actually taken by how pleasant these sales people were ,and pretty. If I was only 30 years younger boy...forget about it.
I'm at 14 days and tomorrow I plan on returning the griffin case due to a few spots I can't get a reaction touch on my screen. This air you would have to pull from my cold,dead hands to take from me...I will post my issues if any. Lol.
I'm jus sayin.

So you clearly cannot mAke decisions without your wife. You know it yet continued to buy on the off chance your wife would crack. You knew those items were going back. I would have asked you to buy elsewhere.

You abuse it you lose it. They are a business that tries to make money, not a free rental service.

Please explain what he abused. His device had well known problems. Op it's not a loss as beatbuy is overpriced anyway.

Bought iphone 5s on release day. They messed up and sold it to me off contract (its against their policy). I traded in iPhone 4 and 4s and got $370 in gift card and used it on 5s purchase. Got it home and had gyro problem. Went to exchange it and they would not give me another one. They accepted return.

Bought ipad air 16gb the other day. Screen was half yellow and they would not price match Walmart or Target for $479 so paid full price. Got in on the $200 ipad exchange program at Target and picked another air up. Screen perfect. Returned ipad today and was told I'm banned for life due to too many returns.

Called Best Buy corporate. Was told that's what I deserve from CSR. Told to drive 1hr to other best buy to use that gift card I got back.

Store was Merritt Island FL Best Buy mobile store at Merritt Square Mall.

Gonna use this gift card at other store when mini retina comes out then I'm done with best buy forever. Hope they go out of business.

You're actually not banned for life. Your drivers license is banned from further returns, however, if you have a family member or friend do future returns for you, even purchases on your credit card, you'll be okay, as long as they use their I.D. to make returns.
