I went from tmobie to sprint when sprint finally got the iPhone. Biggest mistake of my life. There data was unbearably slow compared to tmobile and coverage was about the same for me since I live in New York. I went back to tmobile because they have great pricing and great coverage in my area. I always have lte wherever I go

Be careful there are "Sprinters" out there, and if you bash their truly unlimited dialup they get all hissy and post speed tests ;) . Well just because they get blazing fast speeds in one little crevice of the country, makes it oh-so-good.
Well like I said, Sprint wasnt too bad where I was, they didnt work when and where I needed them like in rural places or in basements, or first floor apartments. Sprint has terrible building penetration and there is no 800 here.

Its really what works best for you, but really Sprint moves at a snails pace and all that NV crap. You know what Verizon and AT&T (who I cant stand) dont need to rebuild their network from the ground up, they didnt neglect their network for years and years and promise the world then give you 26kpbs

Because this is normal for 12:30 in the afternoon middle of downtown Danbury...

Really, it's this attitude, like none of us have the right to be happy with Sprint, because you wouldn't be…or whomever the relevant person is who's bashing them.

You say it's what works best for the person involved, but then your posts say everyone should agree with you and hate them.

I like Sprint and have no problem with them, but being in the Seattle area, I am now covered with LTE. My son is also happy with them, but he is in the DC metro area, which also has LTE.

Please no crying now.

The problem is your carrier is Sprint. Go with AT&T or Verizon and you won't have any problems.

Not true. I actually switched from AT&T, which had coverage gaps, slow data speeds, and dropped calls frequently in my area. I know they have LTE in my area now, but that only solves part of the problem.

Sprint's coverage has been more consistent, and I rarely experience dropped calls, but the data speeds remain a huge problem.

Did you even read my post? Just because you get great speeds doesn't mean everyone else does and it's a fact around the country that sprint has neglected their network and only now is it finally starting to improve slightly. Your attitude that everytime someone has bad experience will sprint you all swarm in with speed tests. Speed test in your area mean nothing to me. Did u see my speed test? Do you think that's acceptable? Should I just give sprint some more time to upgrade the tower? I gave them 5 months and every month for 5 months I was told don't worry it will get better.
And I really don't care what you say about sprint the facts show they are a struggling carrier with the slowest network nationwide period. But somehow it's my fault and 'negativity' that sprint has neglected their network and you feel the need to defend their bad choices as a company. If you paid 150 to any company a month and you experienced those extremely poor data speeds I don't think you'd be defending them.

Like I said they were ok for the most part if you wanted to make a phone call but their data network is useless. But it's ok you get 20mpbs down and I should pay 150 a month for you to have excellent data speeds and for me to have absolute crap. Really get over it, their data speeds are a joke most everywhere and if you actually traveled to some of these places you wouldn't be happy when you see 1x rtt everywhere
And my friends at the hair salon I work next to they had sprint and would have to step outside and away from the building in order to make a call with sprint. Should I tell them oh just go out in the rain to make ur calls and to recieve your texts. Oh and sprint says they have full coverage in this area.

I would love to keep unlimited if it worked but I'd rather have a 6gb limit that actually works

Oh but it's unlimited. What good is unlimited water when the faucet only drips

Hell no! If it's not working for you, take your money elsewhere! I certainly would!

That's how Sprint got my business over AT&T, where I was living while getting my divorce was in a very rural area, where their reception basically didn't exist.

Then Verizon will be better in your area.

Not necessarily, it may be better right now, but their LTE has been getting worse here, based on what I've seen and heard. And I refuse to hop on another sinking ship.

I don't blame anyone for leaving Sprint. If there was an alternative that was all around better than Sprint for me, I would be making the switch as well, but there isn't, unfortunately. All 4 major carriers have their flaws here, but Sprint appears to be the best choice in the long run, for me at least.

It baffles my mind seeing you people argue over which carrier is "better" than one another, yet everyone is in a different location, and as a result, the argument is invalid.

They all have weaknesses. Choose a carrier that's best in your area, not what other people are using.

Some of us adults still use "smartphones" primarily for voice calling, it isn't all about data speeds.

And in my case Verizon and Sprint are the only two carriers who provide great cell service/coverage, with Verizon providing the better data service.

In my case, T-Mobile and ATT isn't an option because of poor reception. It becomes a hassle when I have to go out to my balcony to make a simple call...

Just to throw this out there, AT&T will give you a Microcell for free if you call and complain to them about the reception in your house. In my case, that was really the only problem area I had with them. Since I've installed the MicroCell, I have rock solid signal in the house and 75 feet of the house.

Thank you!!!! Im glad we can see eye to eye there!! I dont wanna fight or argue, I just went through hell with Sprint. I work in computer repair and when your trying to order a part on ebay from your iphone and your on 1x its quite annoying!! I had no choice! lol.
