If not for Apple Watch (and COVID quarantine), my weight would still be at 230lbs. Bought a Series 5 and now I'm down to 164lbs, I'm doing 5K run at least, daily. And I also have some toned muscle. I'd like to be reminded how lazy and obese I was if not for the Watch. So these physical pins are a sweet reminder that I was a fat guy once, but no more thanks to Apple Watch.

I'd buy the whole sets since I gain almost all of them in my Fitness app.
Buying pins aside, excellent job.
I was pretty over the moon recently... dropping fifteen pounds over COVID doing several K runs every day, combined with some diet change. But that amount of weight, showing some tone is phenomenal. Here's hoping you're also feeling more energized each day compared to a year ago.

I'm also motivated to close those rings, and hit monthly targets... though I will vent. I noticed in Apple Health it listed three connected Apple Watches, looking to review some of the new Fitness+ info I subscribed to. When deleting one that had two year old data tied to it, I thought it was the right thing... why would it list three watches? Well... it erased ALL of my Apple watch data, meaning I'm in trouble this month... I've gone at it for a few days, but still 250km away from hitting my monthly goal. If I miss it, that's the only monthly goal I've missed this year.

I love the limited edition digital badges that Apple awards, and I think these are pretty cool. I was hoping Apple would come out with a way to get the physical equivalent of the limited edition awards, and it looks like this group is trying to fill the gap (by infringing upon a trademarked design) maybe this will be the push to get Apple to make a proper series of these.

I know the feeling, some gain weight over the quarantine, but luckily we go the other way. Used to be afraid scaling my body, but I bought a smart scale few months back and now it's connected to Healthkit recording my body weight daily, and good Lord I love the descending graph LOL. It's wonderful having tech pieces and help you live better.

Yep it sucks to lose months of fitness data over a few mishap. It's frustrating that Apple still doesn't fix problems for a user with multiple Watches tied to the same Apple ID.

Which smart scale do you use? I've been thinking about getting one for home since I haven't been going to the gym for a while now.

Went for Xiaomi Body Composition Smart Scale since it's the cheapest one available for me. Syncs through iPhone with Bluetooth. Need to install an app then it will also sync with Health.

I'm not sure what the market is for these, especially since anyone considering them presumably already would have earned the corresponding digital badge from Apple. Can't imagine Apple will be too thrilled about this, though.

I have certainly increased my activity/fitness thanks to the AW. I have many of those badges, but I don't do it to look at edges but to challenge myself ... and, paying $10+ for refrigerator magnets, no thank you for me, but feel free to spend your own money.

every time you get a new watch or pair/un-pair it will create a new entry. My watch's names include the actual model, eg JZ S4 which is my current watch. I would expect the if I remove other names from my health app it would delete those records and I prefer to keep all my history.
If you don't know that the one you deleted is an "older" watch, then this might happen.
Sorry that you had to find out the hard way

Is anyone motivated at all by these badges? I could see grade school kids possibly competing for vitual badges - but seriously, throwing "gold stars" at an adult is kind of insulting and degrading. If and/or when I work out - it's for my personal gain. I couldn't manage to care less about what somebody at Apple thinks about my workout regime, if I tried. I am honestly more concerned about the welfare of the squirrel that lives trees behind the house, than I am about the badges - and those squirrels steal my apricots every summer.
It was until after just a few months they:

(a) quickly became stupidly hard to achieve
(b) i found that all my non-working time was being dominated by doing things that helped reach the goal, feeling a constant nagging guilt if I wasn't exercising enough, working towards achieving the goal

I just sold my watch as all I really used it for was for closing my rings and preserving my streak. I feel absolutely liberated as a result, I had no idea how much it was dominating my free time and mind. It was quite insidious.

Between the couch to 5k app and now the Nike Run Club app, I have plenty of stats to keep me and my health happy, without the constant feeling of pressure. Without the Apple Watch (I bought a Fenix instead) I now feel mentally much healthier, as well as physically. I also take a daily photo using the "Close-up" selfie app, so I can remind myself how I used to be and how far I have come.

Where's the copyright that is being infringed? These are clearly a copy, but copying graphic images is entirely permissible absent an actual copyright.

That's not how copyright works, at least in the US. Copyright is automatic upon creation:

When is my work protected?
Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.
