I finally got ahold of them and apparently the hatch jacket I chose is out of stock so I need to try and decide if I want to wait or get something different... I'm a girl so I feel like the carbon is too masculine for me haha and I don't like the holes in the motif jacket.... What to do what to do..

Great company!! I called to find out when the hatch will be in stock and they offered to send me another while I wait for the one I want. So I should be getting a suede one tomorrow and the other in a couple of weeks... They were so nice and I really appreciate a company who treats their customers like this. I will post pics when I get it.

Too bad these cases use gold. If they would make the buttons and logo plate black, gray, silver, titatium, anything else but gold. I just hate gold. Neat design though.

It's grown on me for a premium/out of the ordinary look. I too wish there was a silver or black option though

I just picked up the Avivo Rail Polycarbonate (with the black hatch jacket) from Amazon, which arrived yesterday.

To share some initial impressions:

I really like the fit and feel of this case. It's solidly constructed, it looks quality, it adds virtually no bulk, the buttons give great tactile feedback, and the hatch jacket provides a ton of grippiness to the phone.

Initially, I wanted to use it as a bumper configuration. However, I have the white iPhone 5, and the copper plating of the buttons clashes with the silver back. I just wasn't a fan of the look.

I love the hatch jacket though, so I'll use the case in that configuration. Unfortunately, I find that using the jacket does not accommodate a back protector (see wanting to use it as a bumper initially). I had a SGP protector on the back, and it added just enough thickness to the phone that when the jacket was on, the volume buttons on the rail would not appropriately align, giving little to no feedback when you press them. I tried it several times with the back protector on and off, and each time with the protector on, the volume buttons wouldn't line up correctly. It could be that the SGP protector is too thick. Other people may have better experiences with others.

Also, as others have noted, the ports are tight. I use Bose IE2 headphones, which generally fit in most cases, but will not fit with this case. The Apple earbuds fit fine.

That being said, I am really digging it as a full case. :)

I received mine yesterday and I will post some photos and thought when I get the chance. Love the case! And I also love the customer service, I had some issues getting my case but these guys went above and beyond and really came through for me, I would definitely recommend the case and the company!

I order cases a week or so ago and out of the blue yesterday I received Emails stating that I was refunded on everything. No explanation. Just refunded.

Weird...

While I really liked the Avivo, my sleep/power button broke off the case while I was replacing it on my iPhone 5S. Disappointed, I wrote an email to Avivo, not requesting a replacement, but just letting them know and hoping they strengthened that part of the case in future production runs. That was over a week ago and thus far haven't received an acknowledgment of my email. I wonder if they're still in business? I hope so because if they made the case a little more resilient, I'd certainly get another one.

yeah same here. Well, they responded with an email saying they ran out of stock and wont be having them in stock until a couple of weeks later. But there is some being sold on Amazon.

I had ordered it for my 5s a while ago using the facebook code..Just put it on a couple of days ago. It is a very good looking case and really fits in tight..My power button broke off during installation but i snapped it back in place and it latched on pretty well (fingers crossed for the future)..The real issue with this case is the headphones port..I am unable to use most of my headphones (except the ear plugs) as the hole is too narrow..Its still a very good looking case and well worth the 25$ i spent on it but it would have sucked at 50$ given the lack of headphone support.

I wrote them an Email asking to buy another case but their website has been down for the last couple of weeks. The company is also not responding to any emails, so they may have shut shop for good.

Overall, a pretty good case for 25 USD..

Anyone have a contact email for them? I've been trying to return my rail for weeks now and they're website has been down. Tried emailing them through amazon and tweeting them on twitter - all with no response. Amex confirmed I can initiate a chargeback on them if they refuse to respond but I'd prefer not to do that if possible.

Even their Facebook page (company name was Avivo Style) is gone. Googling "Avivo Style facebook" led me to this:

https://www.facebook.com/AvivoStyle/info

But entering the URL only takes me back to my regular homepage. Sad, I think they may have gone under.

Unfortunately I think they went under about a month or so back. On a side note, my carbonate snapped when I was trying to put it on :/ Probably some user error involved, but there definitely is a bit of a flaw in the design in the middle of the bottom.

They have done a brand redesign before, so this might be something similar I hope.

I'm going to search through my emails and send you a pm.

If they have gone under that's too bad. I was really looking forward to the kickstand they were planning to make for the case.

Mine snapped too. Sucks
