just look at the left side of the last pic.. how can an user get bubbles to the straight line? looks like a product error to me...

Maybe he might have gotten a defective unit but still, I don't think any protector would leave that much air and bubbles once installed. I understand some glass just won't adhere no matter what you do but from my experience (installing glass protectors since iP4 ) usually happens only around the edges.
To me, those pictures shows the poster deliberately leaves the air and bubbles there and didn't give any effort to push the bubbles out.
 
Not user error. I have installed at least 50 plus tempered glass screen protectors over the years and have never seen anything like the Cinder. It has major adhesive problems. You could not get these bubbles out if you ran it over with a road paving steam roller.

Also listed right on the front of the package "Tempered Corning Gorilla Glass"

Very poor product with nonexistent customer service.
