I would have liked a blue, but that was only in the cheap Sector. Red is a bit too much. It was sort of a toss up between black and silver for me.

I had the same issue. I actually took the entire case apart and put it back together leaving the rail with the mute switch as the last piece. After that I got it to work fine.
Thanks Gonz19. I tried, but that didn't work either. I contacted support and they gave me the "revised instructions" and those didn't work either. They are going to do warranty RMA.

Element has always made great looking quality cases. I ordered the black ops case so hopefully soon I can post pics.
A women friend of mine had a Sector 5 on her iPhone 5. It was dropped hard meaning it was thrown a little and hit a metal chair leg. Some time went by before she realized the case was nicked. The phone undamaged. The Sector Pro for iPhone 6 is a better build with the back slotted in making a more rigid unit rather than applied with adhesive.
