I'm right handed and i've always worn my watch on my right wrist , I didn't actually think about it being on the wrong wrist , it just seems natural for me.

Since i pre-ordered the Apple watch i've been putting my watch on my left wrist to see if i could get used to it, but it feels weird to me so i'll probably go back to using it on the right.

I'm the same & so is my mother -- right-handed wearing watch on right hand. If it were just a watch, I would wear the Apple Watch the same way but since I will interact with it, especially using the crown, I'm probably going to try it on my left hand to begin with. I just don't know that I'm dexterous enough to manipulate the crown with my left hand.

I'm a lefty and I will most likely wear it on my right wrist with the crown facing out towards my hand to turn it easier.

I am right handed but I wear my watch on my right wrist because I have Carpal Tunnel in my left wrist. I have been wearing my watch on my right wrist for over 8 years. Still too painful to put anything on my left wrist.

There no option to select and left or right hand watch?

I believe there is an option in the Watch app.

As for me I am a lefty and have always worn my watch on my left hand side. That said with normal mechanical watches there is typically no interaction and it's just looking at the time. I'm not sure if I will be able to use my right hand to carry out the various watch functions. Also as someone already mentioned it might be better to wear the watch on the less dominant hand to reduce the risk of bumps and scratches. I think I might try on my right hand initially and see how it goes.

I'm a lefty but have always worn a watch on my left hand and will probably do the same with this at least for awhile.

Anytime I do a looking at watch gesture it's always with my left too. The only issue I can see is maybe drawing/writing with digital touch and when I play guitar I wouldn't want to risk scratching my guitar with the bracelet.

But for right wrist wearers, can the watch be oriented to be worn on the right with the crown still facing toward the hand? Basically puting the Friends button above the crown
See attached picture. Not the most attractive orientation of the crown. Ive really should have put it in the middle.

The crown would be on the right hands side if wear on right hand would be difficult to use.

I am a right hand and wear watch on the left hand.

As mentioned already you can change the orientation of the watch to deal with that issue. It just means that the crown and the button are the other way around. The watch app gives you that option.

Usually would have been right but I purposely spent a painful hour to remove my jade bangle from my left to right wrist to free up my left for the watch!:apple:
