Home Ring Doorbell - worth it?

I have the Pro wired doorbell - best purchase I have made in ages!
I have saved countless trips to the local depot by having my packages delivered to my neighbour instead!
When my iPhone was delivered recently the delivery driver wouldn't leave it with a neighbour etc either. It was a Friday and I didn't want to have to wait the whole weekend to go collect it again, so I kept the driver chatting via the doorbell and quickly ran home and met him (luckily I work close to home!).
Im looking to buy the Ring Alarm Security kit as well since its now available in the UK - just waiting for the 14 pack kit though!

We have the Ring doorbell and 4 cameras at our house. The subscription is $99 per year for as many cameras as you want at your location and unlimited saving of video. They all have worked flawlessly.
We had checked into a security service to put in cameras and the price was 5000 for 4 cameras and a hard drive.
