Ringke Slim case

I got the orange on amazon. Looks amazing on the white phone!

A little worried about the case itself scratching. But not the case scratching the phone.

Also ordered the spigen glass protector but haven't gotten it yet.
 
just got mine in the mail and glad to see that the OLLOCLIP camera attachment fits perfectly over this and the phone. :D
 
That matte black one looks pretty nice. Would love it if Ringke had translucent versions though.
 
Just got my matte black today. I'm very pleased with this case. Its so thin and its just the right amount of minimal protection.
 
Great case

Just received mine Matte black SF through Amazon & can't say how much I am satisfied with it it fits & feels perfect on my i5. Love the Ringke Slip profile fits it like a fitted glove with that smooth matte slightly rubbery nonslip feel. Absolutely perfect best of all it is expanded wider at the headphone jack thus able to accommodate the 9mm Shure SE535 jack. Recommended worth twice the price.

Has anybody used this as well as the elago Slim Fit? Which one would you recommend between the two?

I have the blue and after 1 and a half weeks the paint has started to wear off. The paint is really thin and its white underneath. The wear is at the edged corners. To bad its a nice case.:mad:
 
Really tempted to order this case to use for the time being, has anyone found anything similiar to this one that protects the top and bottom of the phone? And maybe a little protection on the edges next to the screen?
 
I have the blue since release of iPhone and mines is still in perfect condition...

The case is very thin and and the soft touch feels nice. All the buttons are still easily accessible through the cut-outs. I especially like the fact that they make a "groove" around the headphone jack so that headphones with bigger jack can fit. Also, the strap hole is a nice touch.

A few (minor) things that I don't like are the logo and the camera cut-out. I think the logo would work better if they put it around the edges (and not use white color). The camera cut-out seems to be a bit too "tall" because you can see part on the aluminum back through it although I think they might just want to make sure the case doesn't effect the flash.

Overall, highly recommended at $10. But at the full price of $23, I would probably go for the Incase Snap case instead.

After my friend dropped my phone over the weekend, I decided to go against my initial decision of having no case and ordered Ringke Slim on 9/30. Got the case today. It is extremely nice for the price. The fit is perfect and slim. Grip is nice. Overall, I love it.
 
I ordered and received the orange LF version of this case and the fit is very poor. The sides have to bow outwards to fit the phone in causing the lip of one side to not reach the top side of the phone. I am also very concerned on how Rearth tries to solicit 5 star reviews on Amazon by offering gift cards. Did anyone else receive the letter with the case saying you can get a gift card by leaving 5 star reviews?
 
I had a few Elago slim cases for my 4s and I was going to initially pick one up fo my 5, but for whatever reason, I gave the Ringke Slim a shot. Glad I did. MUCH thinner than I thought it would be. Worth the $10 from Amazon, will likely pick up another in a different color. FYI, I had a Skinomi back protector on the 5, but had to take it off as it looked like the case was slightly off, fitment wise. After removing, it looks fine.

Do you feel that the Ringke case is higher quality than the previous elago cases you had? I ordered the elago S5 for my 5, and now I'm considering ordering a Ringke as well. Would love to hear your input on the differences. Thanks!

It's kind of a toss up. The elago cases for the 4s are good quality, possibly a little thicker, but it could be a perception thing since the 5 is not as thick as the 4s too. For the price, I'd say get one of each. I'm 90% sure I'll either pick up another Ringke in a different color, or the Elago S5 before the end of the month. Being a case junkie sucks sometimes, lol.

Tell me about it... lol. I never used cases before my 4. Then I got a free Pixelskin HD during antennagate, and loved it so much that I didn't even look at other ones. Now for the 5, I'm a little obsessed :)

Thanks for your comments, I think I will try the Ringke as well.
