Ringke Steel Bumper Case, Looks Awesome!

I dont see why you would call someone with the username iphonechick a him. That case does look great though and i wonder if the white silicone will discolor, if not i think ill have to pick one up :). As far as reception goes, I dont think itll affect it too much. The steel band looks pretty thin and theres the silicone layer in between that which should help.
 
I'll post a review once I get it. I ordered from the website instead of through ebay so that I could use the coupon but they said they process order fairly quickly.

I'll keep you posted and post pics once I get it!

I was looking at the site and they also sell dock protectors like the one switcheasy provides with their cases. I dont think ive ever seen a company sell them separately like that plus they have free shipping.
 
Yeah if I like the case then I will be purchasing more colors along with some of the matching dock protectors. I like that touch! :D

I like it but my guess is that since Element had to add plastic to their cases any metal band covering the metal antenna would cause signal loss.

Tempted to order though.
 
I had that same question because I heard the aluminum is a conductor or something which causes signal loss but wasn't sure if that was the case with stainless steak so I took a chance. It's really thin to with a layer of silicone as a buffer so not sure but if it does cause problems that will be my fault.

I was on ebay looking for white bumpers and the listing for the white one came up in the search results. I came here and did a search and no one had posted about it yet so I decided to, I wanted to see if anyone had the case or knew about it.

They shipped out my order today, so I should get it in 2-3 days it says so I will post pics and a small review once I get it.

Love the look, but I can't deal with silicone anymore. Had one on my 3GS, and tried one on my 4S. Both instances, they became warped after a couple of weeks. The white ones get real dirty real fast.

Sucks taking them in and out of pockets as well.
 
It would be nice if they used TPU instead of silicone. If this one doesn't hold up then I am done with silicone as well.
 
Basic is what I am going for, not everyone wants a bunch of curves and clips etc... sometimes more is less. Vapor Pro, Blade, etc... all look to space age for me, so this works.

Yes, please post photos when you get it. I'd get something like that just to try. As long as it doesn't affect the signal. :D
