And this thread is pretty much geared towards some people trying to give the OP some of our 2 cents about his situation on an ebay sale.

Maybe chime in on how you feel about the topic at hand?

After telling the seller that he gave me a iphone 4 serial no and asking him to send it first i have heard NOTHING.
Ebay are sending me emails to pay though. So much for reporting him.

That's just what ebay does. Obviously don't pay and report the sale as a scam. It will all work out in the end.
