Rocketfish Iphone 4 case= GREAT!

I'm glad it works for you, but I'm not a fan of the design. The quilted look makes me think of Northern toilet paper.
Just a word of warning about this case if you're thinking of buying it...
My wife and I bought a pair of these cases in the smoke color when the iPhone 4 first came out. Not because we particularly like how they looked, but simply because there wasn't much else out there that seemed worth the money yet. Still we needed a case to hold us over and BB had these things on sale for 15 bucks.
After about 2-3 weeks of use however, I noticed a strange criss-cross pattern on the back of both of our phones. No amount of rubbing, or buffing, or even glass cleaner will get these marks off. They appear to go away, but then they come right back as soon as you blow hot breath onto the phone. Very, very annoying and I'd recommend staying away from this case if you can.

It's the diamond pattern that's on the inside of the case, and I've experienced the same thing. The only difference is that I have an InvisibleShield on the back of my phone, so the diamond pattern has been molded into the shield instead of the phone itself.
Yup thankfully I have an IS on my phone as well so its only etched in the shield and not the phone. If anybody wants a blue Rocketfish case let me know I'm looking to sell it!
I used to love this case BUT a few days ago I took it off to clean my phone and ive had it since June 24. It left little dots all over the back glass where the diamonds crossed! It doesn't come off! Like it left marks on my phones coating or something! Someone else on this forum had the problem too
I know it's an old thread, but I stumbled upon it while looking for another case of the same make/color.
I've had this case (smoke grey color) for over a year and it's been fantastic in form and function. I'm sorry to hear of the "etching" caused by the diamond pattern on the rear, but I haven't experienced any such issue on mine. I do clean my case quite frequently so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with its longevity.
Nevertheless, I haven't even looked at any other iPhone cases since getting this one, but I'm back out on the market now. I'd be happy getting another duplicate one for backup, but am curious to see if anything new has arrived.
