Mine was interesting. I was looking to snag a 64Gb Space Gray at launch. I enrolled quickly in IUP for the first time and received an email with a reservation saying I will need to complete the process in a subsequent email. I received that one early this morning, and even though I enrolled in the IUP - it kept reverting to ATT next. Apple CS (before they crashed) said that it was an error on their end due to volume, and that I should try later and call back if needed. A little later in the day I tried to complete again and it finally let me set up the IUP process. November 3rd.

3rd November for a 256 Gb silver for a UK delivery. I’ve had enough of Apple stores on launch day as some people don’t stick to the allocated times resulting in excessive queues.

My order status now says “Preparing for despatch”.

I got my first one at 12:07 PST through IUP, then my 2nd one at 12:08 PST through ATT Next. I don't know how come you didn't get it. I went back at around 12:10 and still see a 11/3 date.
