How messed up their tracking system is these days. But yeah gives us hope, not matter WTF we see on the screen

Spoke with three UPS reps this morning:
1. Said my phone would be delivered today
2. Said it's still in China and he could only see what I can see
3. Said she can't confirm my delivery will be tomorrow as things fluctuate when the package is outside of the US. Once it's in the US the delivery date should not change : "I'm sorry due to special Apple operating plans, scheduled delivery dates fluctuate on U.S. imports. This date may continue to update until the package enters the U.S. Once packages are imported into the US, the scheduled delivery date should no longer fluctuate. "
At least number 3 was honest about it all, hooked her up with a sweet feedback survey.
Just a theory, but since it appears to stay on the same plane, maybe it doesn't get scanned at Anchorage, but just refuels and continues on to Louisville.

UPS has a delivery date of 9/23 by the end of the day but Apple sent a text with a delivery date of 9/26.
Did you guys note your serial number from the support profile? It would have to be updated I guess, or when you receive it it would be different than the one showing there.
I'm thinking Monday at the earliest for mine as well. Didn't realize there would be a Departure and Arrival scan in ZZ. I also was able up update my zip code with UPS so i have that working against me as well.
So at this point, for those of us whose iPhones made it to Incheon, looks like we won't see departure scans this morning. Hopefully our phones did make flight UPS99 to Anchorage and we'll see arrival scans there this afternoon.

You were delayed. You won't get your package at the original date UPS said you would.
My shipping said Wednesday (today), but is still in South Korea apparently. This is some terrible iPhone shipping this year! Wow.
Next year will be a major Cluster Fxxx. With Apple and UPS. If it's like this now for a black or jet black device.
