I just have this, don't know to take it as "it made it to the plane", or "it didn't"

I have the same message, not sure what it means.

I don't know that anyone can explain anything about this. I chatted up UPS (@UPShelp) on Twitter last night and got a response (posted earlier in this thread) that basically said "we can't tell you what Apple is doing in China", like it's all on Apple - even though according to the UPS site, Apple has handed the phones off to them for delivery. It's scary to think that UPS now has millions of dollars worth of iPhones, and has no clue what's going on.

I had a Thursday delivery scheduled, then it moved to Friday and now it's "scheduled delivery information is not available at this time, please check back later", which appears to be UPS-speak for "we got no freaking clue".

I find it strange that your payment no longer shows... unless it never got past "pending", and the temp hold timed out and fell off.
Look, I think the bottom line is that Apple pays for economy international shipping. That means that if there are other items that are shipping with priority shipping, well they get priority to get on those planes. Unfortunately, that means the phones get pushed off to other dates. I'd assume that the dates that Apple promises are the dates they pay for - UPS typically over delivers and that's why they provide better dates - this week... well they are behind.

It's funny because UPS keeps telling me that all will be fine and that I will start getting accurate updates when my package makes it stateside, but other people have not been getting updates when their package makes it to Anchorage.
UPS and Apple are messing up big time.

I actually love sprint. How are they at fault for ups's delays...
They are not at fault for UPS at all.
They are at fault for junky service, constant dropped calls, terrible customer service, hidden fees, not working with Apple during preorders, and on and on.

I'm going to be positive and hope we made the plane but they didn't have a chance to scan everything in properly. In reality I could see it meaning we missed the plane and they are bumping our delivery date back as a result.

Just my opinion, but I don't think your bank is going to have any clue and you're going to just waste your time and give yourself unnecessary stress. Your phone is going to come, just give it time.
No worries, I just chatted with Apple and they said they got the payment yesterday so maybe my bank is on a delay

Here is my shipment progress..

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/21/2016 8:01 P.M. Arrival Scan

Speaking with a friend who is an UPS driver here in Los Angeles, He said our phones are on the plane and should be scanned when they unload.. He will check a little bit later on and update me.

I am thinking this is the group with the 8:01 Pm Arrival scan.

Are you seeing this on your UPS App or was this a neesage they sent you?
It's shown on the tracking. I find it odd how some people didn't get departure scans, some did, and then a couple of us got this message:

I didn't get neither.. :(fkkk
That's why it's so weird. I assume that my message means we didn't get on the plane, but then why didn't the people without the departure scans get this too, because we'd all be delayed right?

I think UPS is REALLY messed up in China right now.

I don't have any of the problems you're talking about. All companies have geographic areas they are better at. If they didnt work for me, I'd look elsewhere, there are two or three other companies to choose from.

I hope this is the case. I'm going to stop checking until the plane lands in Anchorage in 4 more hours. I need a break.
