ive got no movement on my end. A bit frustrating that 15 min after opening the gates the dates slipped this much. My friend of mine was able to order 3 7plus phones before i was able to order mine. What also makes me mad is that if you order right now the shipping dates will be the exact same as i have now. Kinda pointless to stay up late into the night expecting a reasonable ship date.

I ended up having a lot of trouble with the Apple Store app connecting to ATT's servers (like many others have said they had too) so that really pushed me back. Also while on the app I ended up "reserving" two phones before actually placing my order. I get the feeling that if i had just stopped there and placed my order with one of those the next day maybe i would have a launch date delivery... But of course excitement got the best of me.

Watch John Legere talk about how this is the biggest pre orders they've ever seen for T Mobile and the Matte black version has been the most popular... more popular than jet black even...

Seems like Apple missed on Plus popularity and is having to catch up. Some of you guys ordered within 15 mins of ordering and should have phone on launch day.
I might try to go grab one on launch day somewhere and cancel if successful.

I honestly have very little faith in recieving any earlier. Catch me at the local AT&T store(s) Friday morning.

Thanks for making this thread! I've been following the Apple Pre-Order one and the movement with the other phones is killing me. My current phone has the good ol' touch disease so I'm desperate for anything to bring this phone to me sooner.

October 4 - October 10th delivery here, matte black 7 Plus AT&T 128GB. Ordered around 12:38am PT. No movement. Expecting it October 4 - October 10th, as should everyone. With the huuuuge number of preorders because of the trade-in deal on all the networks, you can bet Apple got SLAMMED with orders.
Why would you be optimistic for launch day when it's quoted as being 3-4 weeks after that? I'm assuming you're in the October 4 - 10th camp. So your phone will more than likely arrive then. We all need to accept this.
Newbie here. Ordered 7 Jet Black 128G and received confirmation email at 2:23am CST received 10/04-10/10 shipping date. Was up at 1:50am CST. Still didn't make launch day shipping
That should tell everyone how either limited supply was, or how many people ordered due to the network promotion free-phone trade-ins. Ordering yesterday and getting 5-11th October. That's only ONE day after the rest of us - who ordered mere minutes after the phones went live for sale last Friday!
I think there was a huge number of orders at midnight on Friday of last week, and it's going to be a long 3-4 weeks for us now.
Looking over my credit card current balance and what I've charged, I realized that the charge for the tax is still being taken out of my available balance. I very well could see that charge show up tomorrow!
The amount of hope people have here is truly hilarious. I'm in the same boat as all of you, but expecting anything to change in time for this Friday is sheer madness.

I got in very fast- ordered at the 15 minute mark an a 128gb matte black 7+- got put in that bucket automatically.
I think if you didn't get past the lucky firewall in the Apple app - you were stuck retrying multiple times and eventually just put in this bucket. doesn't seem like anyone has moved from it - esp 128 7+ black
