The weird thing is that I can't find any flights from Seoul from UPS that have recently left which genuinely makes me wonder if the phones aren't actually sitting in Alaska or even Louisville.

Something is going on......
I wonder this too. With the number of folks being told their phone was stateside without a scan.

Wasn't yesterday the day of releasing recalled note 7s? Hmm maybe because they wanted more note 7s delivered? ..jus sayin
 
So looks like #801Crew is now #11DepartureCrew. Just got off live chat with UPS and they said this departure scan shows that the package is now en route to Louisville, Kentucky. Not sure how much I believe it, but we'll see.

dont think thy can directly fly it from incheon to KY, prob has to stop over in Alaska, would be a miracle if it eneded up in KY in the morning

Yeah true. I think what he meant is that Kentucky is the final destination. Alaska is just a layover from what I've heard? Not sure though.
