Was told by a UPS phone rep that the reason for the latest exception was that the driver attempted to delivery my phone to the Access Point and could not, she said I could pick it up today at the CC. Asked her multiple times, "My phone shows as still in Korea from the tracking, but you are saying it is here, in town, at this moment?" And she responded "yes" I asked 2 more times to confirm and she answered "yes" 2 more times. Decided to chat and confirm that was the case before I leave here. Chat rep said no, that is not the case. Phone rep also told me, no, that is not the case and she could not see how I was ever told that. I am now on hold for a supervisor.
Not saying I ever believed the UPS rep last night but the fact that she straight up lied to me has me pissed off. WTF UPS, never again.
