Roll call - Oct. 4th - Oct. 10th original ship date

The 11:39 crew might have went straight to the US. I'm in the 11:00 group and am in Hong Kong. ups63 leaves on 45 mins, so we will see if I depart.
 
woke up and its in frickin Hong Kong. Does anybody know if there are direct flights from HK to US instead of going through Alaska?
 
HK peeps, someone mentioned earlier that a ups rep told him/her earlier in the day that their phone actually had a scan in HK when we all thought we were still sitting in Korea with a weather delay. He/she was like wtf at the time but maybe the rep was actually legit.

So there's still hope that these scans are both inaccurate and way behind schedule and phones are much closer than tracking has us at.

Hope so.. I'm HK too.. ever since the entire weather b.s are you there as well? I just have an arrival scan

That flight hasn't left Korea yet so we're not on that one. I'm trying to figure it out but one hunch I was thinking was we might be on UPS 6081 which just landed in Alaska not too long ago...but I haven't seen an arrival scan so I'm not sure anymore. So who knows where our phones are at.

I'm giving up for today delivery. I'm just gonna assume it'll show up on Monday the original date Apple said t would arrive.

That gives UPS PLENTY OF TIME to figure out their problem

That's what I'm saying, it looks like I missed a whole bunch of scans... look at my previous post
 
Just spoke to UPS but a regular rep, not the Apple drones that give us canned responses and no information. He said they have had major issues even before ours with the volume of iPhones going out. Our container got linked to a commercial flight and they've been working to figure it out. He said that it was never in Korea and that it will or has already gone to Alaska. Couldn't be sure that the physical scan done on HK was truly the last. Said it takes about 15 hours to fly to Alaska from HK. Could either be on its way or on one of this mornings flights. Thinks I might get it Saturday if they upgrade us to Saturday shipping. He said this happened before (meaning recently) and that those people got it Saturday instead of Monday.

I will be speaking with an online Apple Store Manager at around 8am est this morning. Hopefully she can confirm some of this and end this nightmare of uncertainty. I expect Saturday or Monday at latest.

Idk I'm finding this hard to believe, not saying your lying, but the UPS rep has no idea what they're talking about.

In my opinion as much as we don't want it to be the case, these phones did sit in Korea for days and they aren't in the states yet.
