I'm five minutes ahead of you in the same situation. We should see at least PFS this week.
After a very long weekend and watching that tracking go from China to the US in a day just to show up in my town before sunrise on Saturday just for it to stop and not move until Monday morning, I finally have it in my hands. I mean, don't get me wrong, moving it from China to Ohio in a day is pretty damn impressive, but why stop 10ft before the finish line? I dunno, that part confused me. Oh well, water under the bridge now.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a whole lot of time to mess with it before going to work. All I did was the initial setup, downloaded the latest update, and downloaded a few of my most used apps.

I purchased mine on Sept 14th and was told it would ship between Oct 12th- Oct 19th. Att took the money out and a week later put the money back which had me thinking that it would be awhile before I would receive my iPhone. I just got an email Sunday saying I would receive it tomorrow the 27th with a tracking number and everything and Att still hasn't taken the money out yet.... Weird.
I'm glad I found this forum! *New member here* I've had no problems with receiving the past several iPhones (iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s Plus) on release day. That changed with the iPhone 7 Plus debacle lol.
I originally had the October 4-10 ship date. I received an email from Apple that my phone had shipped on Friday 9/23. Apple said I would have my phone by 9/30, UPS had the delivery date to be 9/28.
Here is my tracking as of 9/26 at 7:45pm PST.
Does anyone know about how long before I should expect to see the next update?

Unpair your watch. This backs up the watch to the old phone. Then Full encrypted backup on your computer of your original iPhone and then a restore to the new phone. Then pair watch to new phone. Other wise you lose your watch data and have to start new.
Just got shipped notification, 9/29, of course while I'm still out of town unless I get done early.
Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I already found a Matte Black, which I like better, so the Jet Black is going back.

I'm in the same situation. No movement yet. UPS rep says it's Apple's special operating procedure or something like that, so I assume it will be here at the latest by Friday. If I don't see any movement before Thursday, I'm going to try to look more into it. My UPS date was September 27.
Also my T-Mobile Jet Black 7 Plus 128gb just went preparing for shipment and got charged. Original date oct 4-10 ordered from Apple online. email confirmation XX:09...
Damn, looks like I'll start the watch anew. I never restore from the old phone to the new phone. I'll just have to redo everything I guess. Thanks.
Looks like mine should be here tomorrow. It's amazing that it's suppose to go from HK to here in just a day.
Wtf. I'm not mad. Not at all. But seriously UPS. Let's skip every scan. It should be here today. UPS rep yesterday said it as stuck AFTER I get the email saying it will be here today. Apple rep says no no, if you get an email it will be there so UPS is wrong. Looks like Apple was right. Good luck y'all!!
