I'm stuck on processing. I got the damn email however that they "tried" to charge me but it was declined. However, I called my credit card and they said they see no charge or attempt, and the last Apple Store charge was for ~$50 (the dock I bought on the same order). I'm extremely upset because I got the email notification from Apple about the issue at 10:02 PDT, and of course their goddamn store support closed at 10. Now I have to wait until 4AM to resolve this, and my order will really be delayed now when it had the opportunity to bill me and get ready to ship. Words can't express my frustration honestly

Can you go through the app and try having them charge again?

Doesn't give me the option. When I go to the Apple orders or order details, I cannot update my payment information or anything either. I paid through Apple Pay through my iPhone when I ordered through the Apple Store app. If I go to Apple, they don't show a problem. If I go to my credit card, they don't show any charge or activity. Yet I still got that dreaded email. Don't know what else to do but wait until stupid 4 AM.

Does your credit card have a limit on how much you can spend in one day or in one transaction? If so, that could be the problem if you're paying for the total cost upfront. You might ensure they're prepared for the charge upfront before you call Apple at 4. Others have run into that problem tonight.
 
My shipment date quoted was 7th-14th October, which I find odd as no-one else seems to have those dates. Was hoping i would see some action moving on the phone when the peeps here started getting notifications but alas nothing yet :(

Nah, I already called them, they said there is no issues on their end and my available credit is more than enough. They don't even see any attempted charges from Apple since Sep 9, when my dock went through right away and shipped the same day. I just randomly got the Apple email that action was required on my order, but I'm just gonna have to wait until they open up store support.

Mine is 6th-12th... haven't seen many of my dates either... I just ordered 3 days ago.

This was my first time pre-ordering. I usually always wait until the hype dies down and pick up a phone. I just wasn't patient enough this year, but I am still stuck waiting anyways haha. It was partially my fault, I actually lost track of time (total newbie at pre-ordering) and by the time I actually realized I could order, the dates were slipping further away. Oh well! Maybe next year I can try and get it on launch day.

Which model did you order? Some of them (Jet black from what I can tell) really wouldn't have delivered on launch day anyway. I ordered as soon as preorders began, the Rose Gold delivered today but the JB wasn't estimated to deliver until October 04.
 
Ordered 7 128gb jet black t-mobile. Confirmation at 12:15..... It's now preparing for shipment :)
